A couple of days ago. I search for information on the Lamy Refill Converter (Z24), so i would like to describe here.


as I said elsewhere, the Lamy Safari is a large pen. and this converter is an acquisition necessary if you want to use a bottled ink (such as very excellent, Noodlers say). the converter works great, no problems at all, but I thought I'd just mention one tip. When you draw in (inhale) ink, turn the knob slowly enough and willing to tank fill much more completely. I just learned this today. the previous "fast" refills, I ended up with about a quarter of an inch

I am an English major, so suffice it to say, I do a fair amount of writing (Yes, even by hand in these days of ubiquitous keyboard). I used three or four different models of Waterman in the past and one smaller Cross fountain pen (I am also a fan of the pilot Varsity disposable Fountain). However, of all these, the Lamy Safari is what I carry with me everywhere I go-that are based on. in college I wrote with nothing else. the nib of fin lies a generous line

I bought this for a friend for her birthday and she loves it. is a smooth (I should know-is mine in blue). both of us like that fountain pens looks more professional. We both noticed that it feels better when you write. It doesn't hurt your hands. She also likes the color. I like the white, too, because you can easily see how much ink you have, whereas with blue, it's hard to see the ink in the ink.

I got what I expected, a very nice aluminum alstar lamy pen. now she writes like a dream and feels good in the hand. the only drawback I see is that it doesn't feel as sturdy as the lamy safari abs plastic normal.

I own five pens. a cross titanium Townsend with a medium nib, two Waterman Phileus, one with a medium nib and one with a thin nib. in safari, a charcoal with a thin nib and view with a thin nib. the cross is a pen super fresh and smooth, but the line is too thick for most of what I need to do on a daily basis. color is much lighter than red and is really pretty. It is still very easy to see on paper. I keep it in my personal collection fountain pen because I'm not too fond of the color with my work (too close to the red, but not dark enough). very simple to swap even when a different color is in the pen.

The week ago. I search for information on the Pilot Metropolitan Collection Fountain Pen, Silver Barrel, Classic Design,, so i would like to describe here.


I did some research before buying my first Fountain Pen, this looked like a good starter. It is a sub $ 20 pen that comes with a cartridge, the drive and the case. the pen has avery nice weight to it. It is balanced and very pleasant to hold. The grip is just hard plastic which can be a little awkward if you're writing for a while, but it's nicely shaped. the converter is a compression type, which contains a good amount of ink. reviews of YouTube showed that the ink

A previous week. I'm looking for information on the Lamy Bottled Ink 50ml with Blotting Paper-Black (LT52BK), so i have to tell.


This ink is a beautiful deep black that flows nicely from one of my fountain pens (I have a Lamy & a Waterman). But what really sets this ink is the bottle-has a tank at the bottom so that even when the bottle is nearly empty, you can still fill the pens. In addition, the blotting paper attached to the bottle is genius and avoids the need for a paper towel handy when I fill my pen.

the new pen and the box arrived as described. the latest version-the metal under the nib being the most obvious difference. extra fine nib Lamy 2000 had previously been inked or tested at the factory before shipment.. the nib was a little toothy for my first few test sheets. Firstly, I must say that I only wrote with fountain pens for about a year. A previous week. I search for information on the LAMY Joy Calligraphy Pen 1.1 mm (L15-11), so i have to tell.


This is a nice fountain pen that writes well. the ink runs smoothly and the nib is hardly enough to have character. I'll be buying another one soon just to make sure, if this one gets lost will not have to do with ordering another. It is now my main writing tool.
